West Virginia (Clarksburg) area. Reese is wanted out of Monongalia County (Morgantown) for Malicious Wounding and Conspiracy.

On May 11, 2025, Morgantown Police were dispatched to a fight in the 300 Block of High Street, Morgantown, West Virginia. Upon arrival officers found a male victim with severe injuries to his head area. Through the investigation it was determined that the suspects, now identified as Julian C. Reese, Zaylen W. While the victim was being attacked by a co-conspirator, Reese punched and kicked the victim. Additionally, Reese struck the victim repeatedly in the head with a nitrous oxide canister causing severe injury to the victim.

Suspects, Payne and Boyd are now in custody while Reese remains at large.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Julian Christopher Reese should contact the U.S. Marshals Service at 304-623-0486 or contact 911 for immediate assistance. Tips may also be submitted via the USMS Tips app.
