BOSTON, MA, UNITED STATES, October 24, 2023 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Chronic Boss Collective is pleased to announce its official launch today. The groundbreaking membership is designed to help ambitious businesswomen living with chronic conditions dream big AND prioritize their health without trade-offs.

Chronic Boss Collective (CBC) is the brainchild of Lilly Stairs, a two-time entrepreneur, Board Chair of the Autoimmune Association, and founder of the Chronic Boss Scholarship, which seeks to reward women with autoimmune diseases who have an entrepreneurial spirit and have persevered and succeeded. The idea for CBC was born out of Stairs’ own lived experience of being a successful career woman with multiple autoimmune diseases.

“Chronic Boss Collective is truly a first-of-its-kind network of businesswomen. We are changing the narrative around being an ambitious career woman with a chronic condition. We are making history,” said Stairs.

As CEO and Founder of Patient Authentic, a boutique consultancy that builds events and experiences to empower and educate patient advocates, Stairs knows that she must prioritize her health and self-care if she wants to keep her autoimmune diseases in remission. In her role, she regularly meets women like herself, thriving in their careers and undeterred by their chronic conditions.

“I’ve had the privilege to meet extraordinary women living with chronic conditions and changing the world. It is my belief that harnessing the collective power of these women to help each other level up in our life, health, and careers will be pure magic and that’s why I created Chronic Boss Collective,” said Stairs.

Chronic Boss Collective membership programming officially launches in January 2024 with a celebration for founding members and friends of the collective at Rochambeau in Boston’s Back Bay. Tickets are now on sale.

Membership is an investment of $497 annually for in-person chapters and $397 annually for the international virtual membership. The Collective is currently accepting applications for founding members at a discounted rate.
